UPCOMING SOA TRAININGS

This training meets the required financial and Boardsmanship requirements for the Standard of Affiliation (SOA) for both local PTAs/PTSAs and Council PTAs/PTSAs. In these trainings, there will be a review of state and federal laws and the fundamentals of Boardsmanship as it pertains to protecting your nonprofit PTA or PTSA..

The President and Treasurer must complete each training. While treasurers must attend, all board members are encouraged to obtain the training since the entire board is responsible for making sure your unit is compliant.

Both Trainings are 90-minute. You must participate in the training for at least 70 minutes to receive credit.
