Free State PTA Announces Slate of Candidates for Upcoming Election

Free State PTA is pleased to announce the slate of candidates for our upcoming election at the 2025 Free State PTA Convention on July 26-27, 2025. These dedicated individuals have been nominated to serve and lead our organization in its mission to advocate for all children and families.

The nominated candidates are as follows:

• Vice President for Advocacy – Elisabeth Jarrett, Baltimore County

• Vice President for Membership – Christine E. Pettie, Baltimore County

• Vice President for Leadership – Victory Romnarine, Baltimore County

• Vice President for Field Service - Deborah Demery, Baltimore City

• Treasurer - Bruce Orviller Butz - Harford County

In addition, all members not slated and would like to be considered for a Free State PTA elected office position can run from the floor by completing the Notice of Intent to Run for the Free State PTA Elected Office Form by May 1, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST.
